Those who cannot view the articles need to download and install the following fonts accordingly.

Vietnamese 1 (Times New Roman in Unicode: an application - .exe) :
The application is for Win9x and Windows 2000.
Vietnamese font will be installed automatically once you click on the downloaded file.
