In order to further strengthen the quality and efficiency of our editorial processes, eFLT will temporarily suspend the acceptance of new manuscript submissions for a period of approximately one year, effective April 2026.

Manuscripts submitted prior to April 2026 will continue to be processed as usual and remain fully within the journal’s editorial workflow.

This decision has been made to allow the editorial team to focus fully on the careful handling of manuscripts currently under review, as well as to implement a series of structural enhancements. These include the reorganization of the editorial team and the expansion of our pool of external reviewers, with the aim of ensuring a timely, rigorous, and transparent review process.

We aim to reopen the journal for new submissions in Summer 2027, once these measures have been successfully implemented.

We believe that this period of consolidation will enable us to better serve our authors, reviewers, and readers, and to further develop eFLT as a high-quality venue for research in the field.
